THOMAS LADT – EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Thomas, who goes by T., has over 12 years of experience in investment sales and advisory of net-leased properties and multi-tenant shopping centers throughout the United States. He maintains a high level of control and service throughout the transaction process, from the initial underwriting and creation of the pricing strategy to closing the deal. Prior to joining Colliers, T. was a member of the National Retail Group and Director of Net-Leased Properties at Marcus & Millichap. In his career, he has sold over $1B in transaction volume in over 40 states. He is originally from Kentucky, spent a number of years in Connecticut and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. While at USD, he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team and a two-year captain.
JAY PATEL – EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Jay specializes in investment sale and advisory of single tenant leased investment properties nationwide on behalf of institutional and private capital clients throughout the United States. With intimate knowledge of the national single tenant investment market for medical office, retail, office and industrial properties, Jay offers clients expertise in pricing, market penetration, targeting active buyers and efficient dispositions. In his career, he has sold over 1B in transaction volume in over 40 states.
He is originally from Southern California and received his undergraduate education at the University of San Diego where he received a bachelor’s in business administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate.
NICK NGUYEN – ASSOCIATE
Nick is primarily focused on business development for the Ladt Advisory Team, working with merchant developers and investors to dispose and acquire commercial real estate. He specializes in sourcing, underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence and negotiation of investment properties. Prior to joining Colliers, Nick was an Account Executive at WePay. Nick is a San Diego native and graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science (BS), Economics.
MIKE SPISAK – SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Mike serves in the capital markets division specializing in net leased investment sales across the country. Working alongside Jay Patel, they lead the industry in the sale of dialysis clinics and single tenant medical properties. Prior to joining Colliers, Mike was a Senior Associate at Cushman and Wakefield where he specialized in investment sales, tenant representation and agency leasing of office and retail products. He has a sales and finance background which has driven client interaction, maximized experience, and provided superior analytic tools to represent a diverse range of clients. Mike prides himself in supporting his clients in an on-time, reliable, and professional manner, while strategically positioning the best interest of his clients.
MEGAN MCALISTER – CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR
Megan oversees business operations and effectively manages tasks to help facilitate successful transactions across the national. With an emphasis on effective marketing, building client relationships, market research, and business development, Megan is committed to delivering superior results combined with the highest standard of service.
Prior to joining Colliers, Megan worked in workplace experience for CBRE in San Diego. Megan is from Downtown Seattle, making the move to San Diego in the summer of 2021, when she began her career in Commercial Real Estate.
LINDSEY KRESSER – CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST
Lindsey offers direct support to Jay Patel and Mike Spisak, the nation’s top producers of dialysis clinic sales and single tenant medical properties. She is proficient in client services, marketing, and business development. Lindsey began working in the commercial real estate industry directly out of high school for a retail development company in Syracuse, NY. After gaining four years of exposure and experience, she relocated to San Diego to continue her growth. For the past ten years, Lindsey has assisted in multifamily investments, retail leasing & analysis, office leasing, and currently, net lease investments.
ANNA GONZALES – OPERATIONS MANAGER
Anna graduated California State University San Marcos, majoring in Human Development with an emphasis in Psychology. She started working for Colliers in December 2014 as the Office Manager.. Anna is responsible for overseeing all daily operations, managing current processes and procedures, and ensuring that the region is running efficiently. Prior to Colliers, she worked over 7 years as Senior Operations Manager, throughout California like Charlotte Russe, Tri City Medical Center & Kraft.
ANDY LADOW – MANAGING DIRECTOR | SAN DIEGO
Andy is the regional Managing Director for San Diego County. He oversees all brokerage operations for the three Colliers offices in San Diego County. Andy has over 33 years of brokerage production experience providing client solutions on complex, high-value corporate offices lease, purchase, and build-to-suit transactions. Andy is focused on expanding Colliers’ unique culture and delivering best-in-class client resources to each and every client relationship.
Andy started his commercial real estate career in 1984 in market research with then Coldwell Banker (now CBRE) in Downtown San Diego. Andy spent 12 years at CB as an office broker. Andy was also a Senior Vice President at Irving Hughes and in 2004 became a partner at BRE Commercial which subsequently became Cassidy Turley, DTZ, and now Cushman & Wakefield. Andy has received numerous Top Producer awards throughout his career.
TARA HENDRICKS– MARKETING MANAGER | SAN DIEGO
Tara leads the San Diego Marketing Team’s efforts in the following key marketing areas: pitches and presentations, property marketing, and communications. Tara joins us from Cushman & Wakefield with an extensive graphic design and management background. After graduating from the University of Dayton, Ohio, with her BFA in Graphic Design, Tara expanded her expertise as a designer in various agency environments. As a strong leader with an eye for detail, she will work collaboratively with her brokerage teams to oversee all marketing efforts for the San Diego business.
ERIC DAVIDSON – GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Eric began his career at Colliers International with the marketing department and has since grown to serve as a Graphic Designer for the San Diego Region. He is responsible for the creation of print, digital, and web design materials. He has extensive experience with branding, marketing, and advertising. Eric hails from Haddam, Connecticut and received his B.S. in Graphic Design and Marketing from Central Connecticut State University before moving out to the sunny California coast.
